But anyway, applauding the healthy moves and all that. I started drinking a lemon & honey (or maple syrup) thing every morning as a detox drink (big city anti-pollution measure) and, astonishingly, I sometimes can make it quite a while without caffeine. Eventually my lack of sleep tends to catch up with me. Just thought I'd pass that along, because you definitely have big city pollution issues there, too, and I've found this a surprisingly decent way to start the day.
